We understand plans change or the unexpected happens. Andrea’s Sweet Shoppe will attempt to assist the best we can if you need to make changes to an order, adjust a delivery date/location, or if you simply wish to cancel your order. Please see our specific policies below.
Custom Cookie Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
All orders are customized and “made to order,” meaning we make dough, cut shapes, and mix colors specific to your order and only for your order. Once your order starts, we’ve incurred costs.
ALL Custom Order cancellations MUST be made IN WRITING using the Contact Form on our website.
ALL customers who cancel their order AND who have already paid their Invoice online will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to 4% of their order total. This covers transaction fees already charged to us for processing your online payment.
Custom cancellations made at least 14 DAYS prior to the agreed upon due/delivery date: 96% Refund*
Custom cancellations made 10-13 DAYS prior to the agreed upon due/delivery date: 80% Refund*
Custom cancellations made 5-9 DAYS prior to the agreed upon due/delivery date: 40% Refund*
Custom cancellations made less than 5 DAYS prior to the agreed upon due/delivery date: NO Refund

Custom Cookie Orders for more than (10) dozen cookies are specially quoted, and those quotes will have their own specific Cancellation & Refund Policies listed within.

Boxed Cookie Sets Cancellation & Refund Policy
Boxed Set Specials are offered as a continual, seasonal or limited time offer. Production for these sets is a tight, pre-determined time frame which starts immediately after receiving the order.

ALL requested changes to Custom Orders are ENTIRELY dependent upon the timing of the request as it relates to where the cookies are in the production process. While we will do our best to accommodate a change request, certain changes may simply not be possible based on those factors.
Requested changes to your order MUST be made IN WRITING using the Contact Form on our website.
Change Fees may apply. Fee(s) are determined on a per case basis and specific to the type of change requested.

Delivery Date/Location Change Request Policy
Requested changes to the Delivery Date or Delivery Location of your order MUST be made IN WRITING using the Contact Form on our website.
Due to multiple factors, we do not/cannot ship our cookies. If a customer does not want delivery to their home or an office location, we will arrange to meet at a neutral/public location.
Based on production schedules, it is highly unlikely we would be able to move UP a delivery date (deliver sooner than original date), but we understand things can change. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
We will also do our best to accommodate all requests for a change in the delivery location, however, other order deliveries may prohibit such a request. Further, if the new location falls outside the FREE delivery area, additional fees will apply.
