Custom Ordering Requirements & Procedures

While cookies are fun, there are still some guidelines to follow. Please read the information below BEFORE placing your custom cookie order.

Custom Order Guidelines

This Order Form is for Custom Orders only. Boxed Gift Sets, Monthly Specials and Holiday Sets have their own forms and are NOT ordered using this form.
  • Please visit the "Cancel, Change, Refund Policies" page to read and become aware of our policies.
  • Please review the "Cookie Info" page for additional information on specifics like allergies & characters.
  • Every "Custom Order" is just that - Customized to your specific needs, theme, colors, events, etc.
  • All orders MUST be paid in advance. Within 24 hours of placing your order, a separate Invoice email will be be sent to the email provided on your Order Form. The invoice is generated using the PayPal Payment Portal, and allows you to conveniently pay online.
  • You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You can use a credit/debit card to pay. Further, we never receive your payment info, just the payment.
  • Custom Orders REQUIRE a minimum of one dozen (12) cookies. Additional cookies can be added in (6) or (12) cookie increments. Sorry, no exceptions to this rule.
  • All mixed-flavor Custom Orders REQUIRE a minimum of one dozen (12) cookies PER FLAVOR. Additional cookies can be added in (6) or (12) cookie increments. Sorry, no exceptions to this rule.
  • All cookies are individually wrapped for freshness. This allows them to stay fresh for a minimum of two to three weeks, and also allows you to give as individual cookies.
  • For Custom Orders up to 60 cookies, 2-WEEKS ADVANCED NOTICE is preferred. For Custom Orders over 60 cookies, 3-WEEKS ADVANCED NOTICE is preferred.
  • If you want to place an order but have already missed the advanced notice window, PLEASE contact me. My production schedule fluctuates, so I will do my best to find a way to accept and fill your order. In some cases, a "Rush Fee," based on the quantity, complexity and urgency of the order, may be added.
  • PRICING is listed on the "Pricing" page, and also within the "Order Quantity" drop-down of the Official Cookie Order Form.
  • If your custom order quantity exceeds 10 dozen (120 cookies) a quote is required. If you received a quote and are placing the order, choose "Quoted Qty. - $Quoted Price" in the "Order Quantity" drop-down.
  • Pricing includes our signature packaging in a decorative box. If a customer request special packing which exceeds our normal packaging usage, an additional fee will be added to your invoice.
  • Pricing also includes FREE local delivery to locations within 25 minutes of Brookfield Square Mall. We use Google Maps to determine the free delivery range. If you live outside the free delivery area, you can arrange a pick-up location within the free delivery range or pay an extra "Delivery Fee," which will be determined by the delivery address location and added to your invoice.
  • If a customer is uncomfortable with delivery to a home or office location, we will arrange to meet at a neutral/public location.
  • About a week before the delivery date, you will receive an email to begin coordinating a specific delivery time or a 30-minute delivery window, depending on the production schedule at that time.
  • Due to multiple factors, we do not/cannot ship our cookies.
