Please read before you order...

  • Visit the "Cancel, Change, Refund Policies" page to read and become aware of our policies.
  • Review the "Cookie Info" page for additional information on specifics like allergies & characters.
  • ​Order deadline is 11:59PM on Friday, November 11th.
  • ALL orders will be delivered on Wednesday, November 23rd. An email will be sent to arrange a time.
  • Cost is $8 per cookie name card, and includes (1) over-sized hand-decorated cookie displayed in a clear gift box with signature wrapping, and FREE delivery (details below.)
  • All orders MUST be paid in advance. Within 24 hours of placing your order, a separate Invoice email will be be sent to the email provided on your Order Form. The invoice is generated using the PayPal Payment Portal, and allows you to conveniently pay online.
  • You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You can use a credit/debit card to pay. Further, we never receive your credit/debit card information, just the payment.
  • Orders include FREE local delivery with a minimum order of $16. Local delivery is defined as 25 minutes (one way) from Brookfield Square Mall. Delivery addresses outside this range will have an additional charge, based on additional time/miles. A pick-up location within the FREE delivery area can also be arranged. We use Google Maps to determine the 25 minute range.
  • About a week before the delivery date, you will receive an email to begin coordinating a specific delivery time or a 15-minute delivery window, depending on the production schedule at that time.
  • Due to multiple factors, we do not/cannot ship our cookies.
